Are you passionate about textiles and print production? We are looking for a Textile & Print Operative to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, a hands-on approach, and a keen interest in textile printing and manufacturing.

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in textile printing or a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)

• Good attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

 • Basic knowledge of machinery and tools used in textile production (training will be provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Operating textile printing machinery (screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, etc.)
  • • Preparing fabrics and materials for printing
  • • Ensuring quality control of printed textiles, checking for defects or inconsistencies
  • • Mixing and applying dyes, inks, and other materials as needed
  • • Maintaining and cleaning print equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • • Assisting with fabric cutting, pressing, and finishing processes
  • • Keeping work areas tidy and adhering to health & safety regulations

Hours of work: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm
