Opus People Solutions are seeking a Children's Support Worker near Melton Mowbray.

As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young individuals in a children's residential home. You will offer nurturing care and support to young people with complex health needs and learning disabilities.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment
  • Serve as a positive role model.
  • Engage in enjoyable activities and outings, including football, gaming, cycling, and baking.
  • Encourage and share interests and hobbies.
  • Carry out household duties such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Provide personal care and administer medication as needed.
  • Foster friendships and build trusting relationships.
