As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young individuals in a children's residential home. You will offer nurturing care and support to young people with complex health needs and learning disabilities.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment
- Serve as a positive role model.
- Engage in enjoyable activities and outings, including football, gaming, cycling, and baking.
- Encourage and share interests and hobbies.
- Carry out household duties such as cooking and cleaning.
- Provide personal care and administer medication as needed.
- Foster friendships and build trusting relationships.

To be considered, you will have:
- Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities/complex health needs
- Full UK Driving License
