We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Welder Fabricator to join a York based construction company responsible for creating some of the most spectacular structures in recent times, with clients across the globe this is a great time to join a company that has seen considerable growth over the last few years and continues to do so. The ideal Welder fabricator will have;
- Apprentice Trained, NVQ or be able to demonstrate time served experience
- Comfortable interpreting engineering Drawings
- FLT, Coding & Health and safety training are desirable but not essential
- Have excellent welding and fabrications skill
The Key responsibility of this Welder Fabricator are;
- Fabricate components from mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum as needed.
- Ensure the highest standards in finish and tolerances according to supplied information.
- Grind, sand, polish, and detail fabrications to achieve the required finish.
- Utilize both hand tools and power tools.
- Follow day-to-day production plans to meet deadlines.
- Record completed builds in the internal database.
The working hours for this Welder Fabricator are;
- Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4pm
- Overtime is available when required & paid at a premium
