The position available is for a Caretaker/Cleaner in the Medway area for an ongoing temporary assignment.
Candidates may have the opportunity for permanent employment after a qualifying period.
A clean driving license or a maximum of 3 penalty points is preferred as driving a company vehicle may be required.
Previous experience in cleaning and caretaking is ideal, along with being well-organized and highly motivated.
The work hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday from 8:00am to 3:30pm, with immediate starts available.

We are looking for a Caretaker/Cleaner for an ongoing temporary assignment in the Medway area. There may be opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.

The successful candidates may be required to drive a company vehicle so you would ideally have a clean driving licence or maximum 3 penalty points for insurance purposes.

You will be responsible for providing maintenance and cleaning of internal and external communal areas.

You will ensure the safety and security of the buildings, ideally have previous cleaning and caretaking experience and be well organised and be highly motivated.

Immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and 8:00am to 3:30pm on a Friday.
