We are seeking a Caretaker/Cleaner for a temporary position in the Medway area, with potential for permanent employment after a qualifying period.
Candidates should ideally have a clean driving license or a maximum of 3 penalty points, as driving a company vehicle may be required.
Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning internal and external communal areas while ensuring the safety and security of the buildings.
Previous experience in cleaning and caretaking is preferred, along with strong organizational skills and motivation.
The position offers immediate starts, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and 8:00am to 3:30pm on Fridays.

We are looking for a Caretaker/Cleaner for an ongoing temporary assignment in the Medway area. There may be opportunities for permanent employment after a qualifying period.

The successful candidates may be required to drive a company vehicle so you would ideally have a clean driving licence or maximum 3 penalty points for insurance purposes.

You will be responsible for providing maintenance and cleaning of internal and external communal areas.

You will ensure the safety and security of the buildings, ideally have previous cleaning and caretaking experience and be well organised and be highly motivated.

Immediate starts available for the right candidates.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and 8:00am to 3:30pm on a Friday.
