Interaction Recruitment is looking for a Sous Chef for an Independent School in a stunning setting in Leicestershire. We are looking for a Senior CDP or Sous Chef capable of running the kitchen in the absence of Head Chef. You will plan and organise the kitchen to ensure the quality of all meals are at high standard. The school serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner to over 1000 students aged between 13 - 18. As a Sous Chef you would be working independently within one of the hubs, serving 3x houses within the school estate.
Salary: £32,000
Full time: 52 weeks per year
Rota: 5 / 7 including some weekend work
Hours: between 06:30 - 19:30

Succesful candidate:
- Able to cook for large numbers
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or above
- Proven experience in a role as a CDP, Senior CDP or Juniour Sous chef
- Have "can do attitude"
- Full Driving Licence
- A good know ledge of Food Hygiene, Allergens, Food Safety
