Adecco are currently recruiting for multiple Factory Operatives for a well established client in Uppingham.
We are looking for people with a proven work ethic who have aspiration to learn a craft and become a master craftsperson.

Salary: 23,200 per annum (paid weekly direct via the employer)
Location: Uppingham
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm / Fridays: 8am - 1pm
Job Type: Permanent

*Pay rates are progressive in line with individual skills development - starting at 23,200 and moving towards 24,336 per annum*
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the market.
