The Advocate Group is partnering with a leading consumer product business with a wide portfolio of brands. On the hunt for a Senior Brand Manager who can join and lead the new product development, launch products to huge success and brand management, for market leading products.
The Role:
- Develop and implement commercially astute and creative brand strategies across a variety of brands within assigned categories
- Lead the development of product lifecycles including but not limited to ideation, development, product launches etc.
- Oversee consumer communication initiatives, enhancing brand awareness and engagement
- Create engaging and captivating marketing materials
- Monitor, review, and report on sales and marketing activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive strategic brand direction
- Liaise with category team to drive the brand further through actionable insights
- Manage a growing team of passionate brand marketers
- Work closely with agencies for delivery support
The Person:
- Experience in brand management or product marketing, in FMCG or Consumer Goods
- Proven experience in retail/shopper marketing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Demonstrated success in growing brands
