About the Role

As the Head of Data Analytics, you will lead the delivery of standardised, ad-hoc, and on-demand reporting and analytics to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in driving automation, improving data quality, and introducing innovative solutions that empower business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality data insights and reporting.
  • Drive the adoption of automation to increase efficiency, ensuring analytics are accessible and actionable for all stakeholders.
  • Design and implement best practices for data management, reporting, and master data governance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data design, reporting requirements, and innovative solutions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, introducing advanced analytics methods such as predictive modelling and machine learning.
  • Build and maintain a data dictionary and establish documentation standards for analytics tools and reports.
  • Develop and manage the analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider business strategy and objectives.
  • Define and report on team performance KPIs, driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable value.
What We’re Looking For

Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading a reporting or BI team, with a strong track record of success in delivering impactful analytics.
  • Expertise in database, reporting, and data analysis tools, coupled with a strategic mindset and commercial awareness.

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data modelling techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
