The Purpose of this Role:-
To ensure that the establishment where the individual is employed is opened and closed at the designated times, in the approved conditions for occupancy, including daily cleaning duties.
Expectation and Outcomes of this Role:-
To ensure the maintenance of a hygienic, functional environment that facilitates the effective conduct of Council Business.
Your responsibilities are to:-
To carry out such reasonable duties as instructed by the Operations Officer to support the function and cleaning of the establishment.
Experience
The Caretaker should have experience of:
路 Working in a team
路 Basic clerical/ administrative experience.
路 Experience of building security duties, including alarm setting.
路 Cleaning Duties
Knowledge and understanding
The Caretaker should have knowledge and understanding of:
路 The varied roles of all staff in the educational process;
路 The basic principles of alarming and securing premises;
路 The basic principles of site management;
路 The importance of Health & Safety
路 Techniques for the repair of damaged of defective equipment or resources.
