  • Carry out and complete PPM tasks and reactive breakdown works around site.
  • Fabric repairs and basic facilities tasks with training, the successful candidate will need to be able to work within a maintenance team and support other team members.
  • You will be required to undertake various tasks, such as plant operations, excavation work, temporary works, roads and paving, concrete and reinforcement works, masonry repairs, and general maintenance.
  • General building carpentry maintenance tasks, such as repairs or alternations to building structure, floors, ceilings, walls and appurtenances. Timber repairs and replacement, painting, installing and furnishing equipment that the company needs.
  • Ensuring that work is carried out safely and in line with the Company’s health and safety processes and procedures, as well as HSE requirements.
  • Completion of associated paperwork
  Key Skills:
  • GCSE's minimum
  • Carpentry work - basic understanding of general building maintenance tasks
  • NVQ in carpentry desirable
  • Abrasive wheels qualification desirable
  • Forklift truck experience desirable
  • Refurb/renovation experience
  • CPCS card licence desirable
  • General carpentry - building, having worked in buildings like hospitals or houses etc, good understanding of how regulations work
