We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and driven Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our client, who are committed to providing exceptional care for men and women with mental illness and personality disorders.

Within a 96-bedded forensic hospital offering medium, low, and open rehabilitation settings. We are looking for someone passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent care to patients with mental health needs.
  • Deliver patient-centred care in a 24-hour setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medication and monitor patient progress.
  • Support patient recovery through evidence-based practices.
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  • Participate in professional development and training.

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Experience in mental health nursing or related fields.
  • Flexibility in working various shifts (including weekends, nights).
  • Commitment to patient-centred care and evidence-based practice.
  • Strong team-working and communication skills.
