Successful Secondary School Teachers must:

  • Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education,
  • Have experience of teaching within the UK,
  • Be able to set high standards,
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline,
  • Plan innovative and creative lessons,
  • Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum with the correct education and training.
