- Collaboration: Working closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with candidate placements.
- Reporting: Achieving and exceeding targets while providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within recruitment, staffing, or related industries.
- A strong network and understanding of the industrial, engineering, warehousing, and logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with GLAA regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
