My client, a respected independent dealership, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their busy Service Department.
The Role:
?? Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience
?? Schedule & manage repairs, liaising with technicians & parts teams
?? Provide accurate estimates & process invoices/warranty claims
?? Upsell services & products where possible
?? Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What You Need:
? Experience in a similar Service Advisor role
? Strong customer service & organisational skills
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
? Full UK driving licence
