Your new company
We are working with a primary school in the Uttoxeter/surrounding area to start on a full time basis in January 2025. This is a small school, with a friendly and supportive staffing team, where you will be working within the lower years of the school, predominantly across early years/key stage 1, however, flexibility is vital for this role along with school/nursery based experience.


Your new role
You may be expected to work 1-1 supporting SEN children or in small/larger groups across a variety of year groups, which you must be flexible with supporting. As this is a small school, you will be expected to get stuck in with this role, supporting the class teacher with teaching assistant duties, so prior school teaching assistant experience/nursery experience is essential. This role is full time set to be long term going up to Easter and possibly beyond.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Be willing to go through our standard vetting checks as well as an enhanced DBS
  • Have recent relevant experience that you are able to provide references for
  • Have a flexible approach and can do attitude
  • Ideally hold a qualification in childcare, but this is not essential
