Information Security Analyst / IT Security Engineer (office based)

IT Security Engineer to work with an amazing global client. Working with tech such as; Mimecast email security, antivirus EDR - Crowdstrike, KnowBe4, Office 365, web proxies, phishing, AD.

A real mix of BAU (business as usual) and project work where you will be able to make this role your own with end-to-end security. This would suit someone proacitve, a problem finder, a problem fixer, someone who has a passion for security. 

Working as part of a team and independently ensuring the correct level of security integrity to protect systems, information, personal data and people from cyber-attacks and unauthorised access. Working across the ensuring security is fit for purpose.

• Day-to-day running and monitoring of Information Security systems.

• Analyse and interpret security weaknesses & recommend continuous improvements.

• Working on global IT Security projects

• Security Incidents, reports and alerts ensuring prompt containment and recovery.

As part of the security team, you will have sign off for BAU change requests, plan, oversee and identify weaknesses, minimise risks. Conducting regular security risks working with 3rd parties, promoting secure by design and improve information security awareness. Looking for opportunities for security improvement.
