About the Role

As a Warehouse Administrator you will be working closely with the transport planning team to carry out daily activities using SAP (our CRM package) to monitor information and manage documents, stock control, and packaging queries.

Key Responsibilities

?Raising PO's for transport costs and resolving inconsistencies

?Processing transport claims and updating trackers

?Use SAP to update the system with stock levels and storing important documents

?Use of customer portals to book and manage orders.

?Flag potential order shorts an liaise with planning team to resolve.

About You

The ideal candidate will come from a administration background and has prior experience working within a similar role and ideally have some customer service experience. Prior experience in this role is not necessary as long as you've got administration experience please apply.

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge and experience of Microsoft 365
  • Strong Knowledge and experience of using Excel
  • Previous experience working with CRM packages such as SAP - Desirable not essential
  • Previous experience working with in a Administration or Customer service role
