The business prides itself on career progression, so there is definitely opportunities to develop and move into a bigger site in time. The roleLeading an established Technical team, the position of Technical Manager would suit an individual who enjoys being hands on and wants to work across the functions rather than in a silo. The site has worked hard to drive efficiencies, and there is an opportunity for the new Technical Manager to continue working with the SLT and drive further improvements, therefore experience within continuous improvement would be preferred. The personWe are looking for someone who can influence, enjoys working with the factory floor and wants to collaborate across the functions. Ideally, you will be currently working as a QA Manager that is looking to take a step up, or as a Technical Manager that is looking for a smaller site that you can really get your arms around. Experience within food or drink manufacturing, pharmaceutical or packaging is desired.Â
