Lead Maintenance Engineer

Location: Uttoxeter
Salary: £42,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 15:30

An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Uttoxeter. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled engineer who can balance hands-on maintenance work with project management and team leadership.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheduling
  • Monitor and improve KPIs to drive performance
  • Lead engineering projects and process improvements
  • Hands-on maintenance, covering both electrical and mechanical aspects
  • Support and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations


What You'll Need:

  • Multi-skilled background in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Experience with PPM systems, KPI monitoring, and project management
