My client is seeking a detail-driven VDA to join their fast-paced bodyshop. If you have a keen eye for maximizing efficiency and ensuring top-quality repairs, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
?? Assess vehicle damage & ensure repairs match estimates
?? Work closely with engineers & technicians to follow repair methods
?? Load repair methods onto job cards & inspect jobs from start to finish
?? Identify additional repairs & maximize job profitability
?? Liaise with insurers & suppliers to keep processes smooth
What We're Looking For:
? Experience as a VDA in a bodyshop/accident repair environment
? ATA qualification (preferred but not essential)
? Strong knowledge of repair methods, estimating & Audatex/Glassmatix
? Detail-oriented & results-driven approach
