An experienced Wet Sprayer is required for a role that includes preparing parts, mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints, and utilizing an HVLP pot gun for spraying.
The position demands attention to detail, as candidates will need to check for damage, ensure correct product placement, and maintain high-quality standards.
The job offers a pay rate of £14.50 per hour and requires prior experience in a similar role.
Working hours are from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, resulting in a 4-day work week.
Due to the remote location, candidates must have their own transport to commute from areas such as Stoke on Trent, Uttoxeter, and Derby.

Experienced Wet Sprayer requiredMain duties will include:

Preparing parts including sanding and filling
Mixing and using 2 pack polyurethane paints
Using HVLP pot gun to spray parts
Ensuring the correct product is in the correct bay
Checking for damage to any of the parts and immediately reporting them to the Team Leader
Checking route cards are for the right part
Ensuring protection on the part is correct
Processing items to a high standard and in accordance with specifications
Plan work to minimise waste of raw materials and machinery
Ensure extractors, doors and all other work equipment are working correctly
Conduct basic reactive and preventative maintenance work on the equipment
Monitor the machinery and promptly advise the Team Leader on any issues
Complete and scan route cards
General housekeeping duties
