About the Role

As a Production Team Leader you will be responsible for 3 integral production lines for the business and ensure they are fully operational and meeting company standards. Responsibility will fall on to you for the 3 lines and the safety of your teams, delivered through communicating effectively while providing technical support and organisational requirements. Leading the way in the standards for the business.

Key Responsibilities

? Keeping to company standards in documentation, safety audits, and enforcing safety standards

? Daily decision making for organisational support and production of the 3 lines

? Use your communication skills across the factory to ensure full production standards are met in safety, scheduling, and ongoing factory production

? Managerial meetings and stakeholder management to drive the best image of the company

About You

The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background and looking to further their career in a food manufacturing facility. If you are a good communicator and enjoy speaking to people, this role is perfect for you.

Key Skills/Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with your team and wider stakeholders
  • Ability to react in a fast-paced manner for speedy problem solving
  • Technical knowledge on manufacturing environment and the right process for each
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing experience is a strong desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of IOSH standards, food safety standards, or equivalent are strong benefits to have but not essential
