PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful and rapidly growing food-manufacturing site based in Uttoxeter with the appointment of a Recruitment Officer to join a small HR team on-site.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully office-based working.

Description

The role of Recruitment Officer will report to a HR Manager and work as part of a small HR team at a busy manufacturing site, you will take full responsibility for the high-volume, weekly paid/temporary production recruitment.

This will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies within the company.
  • Creating and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Providing a high level of service to all stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews of potential candidates.
  • Take responsibility for all RTW/Pre-employment checks
  • Support with a smooth on-boarding process
