As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition: Identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow the client base.
- Market Research: Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to develop tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proposal Development: Creating and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
- Strategic Partnerships: Leveraging their GLAA certification and reputation as a trusted supplier to establish credibility and trust with potential clients.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with candidate placements.
- Reporting: Achieving and exceeding targets while providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within recruitment, staffing, or related industries.
- A strong network and understanding of the industrial, engineering, warehousing, and logistics sectors.
- Familiarity with GLAA regulations and compliance standards (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
