A leading recruitment agency specialising in industrial, engineering and food & beverage manufacturing sectors is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help expand their market presence and drive revenue growth.

Along with a salary of £30,000 per annum, you will also receive a car allowance and uncapped commission. Hybrid working is considered for the right candidate.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, and working closely with the recruitment team. Success in this role requires expertise in their specialist sectors, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in business development. As holders of the GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) certification, they are committed to ethical and compliant recruitment practices. As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
  • Client Acquisition: Identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Market Research: Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs to develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Creating and delivering compelling proposals, presentations, and service agreements to prospective clients.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Leveraging their GLAA certification and reputation as a trusted supplier to establish credibility and trust with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with candidate placements.
  • Reporting: Achieving and exceeding targets while providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
