Are you a detail-oriented finance professional ready to take ownership of the lease accounting for this well known and much loved brand? We're looking for a Financial Accountant to join the team at their prestigious offices in West London. This role is your chance to combine technical expertise with the opportunity to develop this role and ultimately progress internally.

What You'll Be Doing

Lease Accounting: Own the accounting for a number of property leases, preparing reconciliations, period-end journals, and turnover certificates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Property team and Group Finance, providing insights and resolving queries.
Process Improvement: This is plenty of scope to develop and improve processes and streamline the use of internal systems.

What We're Looking For

A qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
Ideally some sort of experience with lease accounting (IFRS 16/IAS 17) or the desire to become a subject matter expert in this area.
A self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills.
