- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, preferably within a fast-paced, acquisitional environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with ERP systems implementation and change management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Studying relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable.
