Fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified Accountant or qualified by experience to join a great finance team within a very exciting business. Hybrid working and great benefits package. Your role will include:

  • Prepare financial reports and monthly accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cashflows.
  • Analyse financial data, providing detailed performance insights for leadership.
  • Oversee reconciliations for key accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, including those involving foreign currencies.
  • Process month-end journals and support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address queries and improve financial accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as VAT submissions.
  • Support audits by providing documentation and resolving queries.
  • Drive process improvements and support finance projects as required.
  • Strong management accounting background with excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Experience handling intercompany transactions and reconciliations (multi currencies).
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
