Reporting to: Group Management Team

About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join a dynamic and growing Dental Group. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group's management team to provide accurate financial analysis and management accounts. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide insights to drive business decisions and cost-saving opportunities.

Key Responsibilities* Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statements, including gross profit analysis and Balance Sheets.* Weekly cash flow management and flash profit & loss reporting.* Responsible for cash management across the business.* Collaborating with the Group Operations Manager and practice managers to review costs and recommend cost-saving measures.* Associates fee computation and analysis.* Balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring query resolutions.* Providing financial analysis as requested by management.* Preparing audit information and liaising with auditors.* Overseeing the Purchase Ledger Clerk for related invoice processing and payment runs.* Reviewing monthly payroll preparation in collaboration with practice managers and payroll bureau.* Assisting with any additional tasks as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills* Qualifications: QBE/Part Qualified.* Experience: Minimum 5 years in a management accounts role.* Software Skills: Sage Accounts experience is preferable but not essential.* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.* Comfortable interacting with senior members of staff; confident and strong-willed.
