The current team comprises professionals predominantly from Big Four and Top 10 firms, ensuring a high standard of work. Despite this, the culture remains low-ego, inclusive, and highly collaborative.

The role offers exposure to listed companies, group audits, and a broad range of sectors — including technology, luxury retail, the arts, and motorsport. Collaboration with Big Four teams is common, yet this environment ensures that every team member's voice is heard and valued.

? Clients and Audit Scope

The client base includes businesses with turnovers exceeding £10 million, international groups, and publicly listed companies — including several well-known names. Many audit engagements are conducted alongside Big Four firms, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile assignments.

Beyond audit, the role also offers opportunities to engage in advisory work and apply commercial insight.

  • A mentoring mindset, with a passion for supporting junior colleagues

  • Residency within one hour of Surrey (e.g., Wimbledon, Kingston, or Guildford) is preferred
