REED Practice are seeking a CTA qualified Partner to join our prestigious UK Top 100 firm of Chartered Accountants. This role is based in modern, open-plan offices based in an excellent commutable location which also offers free parking.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Liaise with clients and manage their expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with general partners on complex mixed tax advisory issues.
  • Delegate and train the team on the preparation of transaction documents related to company reorganisations, share schemes, property transfers, trusts, corporate sales and acquisitions, and demergers.
  • Draft technical replies to HMRC enquiries.
  • Manage the tax team, including conducting interviews and appraisals.
  • Work with other partners to identify and drive special work on the portfolio.
  • Assist in attracting new clients to the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • CTA qualification is essential.
  • Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation.
  • Proven advisory skills and a desire to deliver excellent client service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and accounting packages.
  • Experienced in managing risk in compliance work.
