Accounts Assistant - Uxbridge - £27,000 / £30,000 - Hybrid

About the Role This Accounts Assistant position offers a varied workload, supporting both the accounts payable and receivable functions, alongside involvement in month-end processes.

Duties will include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Handling accruals and prepayments
  • Reconciling and matching purchase orders
  • Assisting with month-end close activities
  • Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Supporting VAT returns and other regulatory filings
  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving invoice discrepancies

About the Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have experience in both accounts payable and receivable, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Familiarity with month-end duties such as accruals and prepayments is essential.
