My client is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a 4-month contract.The role will support production of timely and accurate information in accordance with a monthly, quarterly and annual timetable including period end accounts for the management team. This role also takes ownership of the daily music finance and admin tasks, ensuring data and results for shows are validated and recorded for reporting to the Music manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • You must be a self-starter, who is willing and able to take initiative
  • Highly Analytical
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Desire to learn new skills/systems
  • Strong Team player
  • Ability to drill down on data and solve problems
  • Good organisation and time management skills in order to meet deadline
  • Excellent communication skills, and willingness to liaise with different departments across the business

  • Sound financial accounting skills
  • Experience of accounting system e.g. JDE / SAP
  • Early on in professional studies, or looking to start
