Job Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Uxbridge - office based 5 days a week

Working for a company that helps movie theaters with everything they need, like projectors, sound systems, seating, and screens. Their office is in Uxbridge, approaching a £11.5m turnover and has approximately 30 members of staff.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Reports To: Engineering Operations Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer emails and phone calls from customers and assign their requests to the right person.
  • Book service calls and schedule engineers for jobs.
  • Keep track of service agreements and make sure everything is on schedule.
  • Manage equipment sent for repair and returns.
  • Check engineers' work records and send invoices to the finance team.
  • Keep an inventory of customer equipment stored in our office.
  • Create reports for clients about how quickly we respond to their requests.
  • Help with other technical admin tasks when needed.

What You Need:

  • Be organised and good at talking and writing.
  • Know how to use basic computer programs like Word and Excel.
  • Be quick to learn new systems and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Be friendly and thorough when completing tasks.
