We are seeking an Administrator to join our client for a temporary assignment. This role requires a professional who excels under pressure, is proficient in various administrative tasks, and has experience working within a UK school environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work in the main office, managing all school office enquiries efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, providing polite and professional assistance.
  • Handle minute-taking and note-taking responsibilities during meetings.
  • Manage stock levels and order stationery as needed.
  • Utilise Arbor software to run reports and manage school data, including handling the school census.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks.
  • Engage confidently with senior leaders and handle after-school meetings (flexibility in working hours required).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Enhanced knowledge and experience with Arbor software, capable of running detailed reports.
  • Experience in handling school census processes.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a school setting.
  • HR administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
