Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure land opportunities for residential and mixed-use projects.
- Negotiate deals with landowners and agents.
- Conduct site appraisals and feasibility assessments.
- Assist with the progression of land acquisitions, working with planning and legal teams.
- Build relationships with industry contacts.
Candidate Requirements:
- Interest in land acquisition and residential development.
- Relevant experience or qualification in property or land buying is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A team player with a proactive approach.
- Full UK driving licence required.
