PART TIME 4 DAYS OR 5 DAYS 25-30 HOURS EACH WEEK

We at Sheridan Ward are on the lookout for and Accounts Administrator to join our well-established business based in Uxbridge!

Your role is to run the day-to-day accounting functions, keep tabs on everything and anything to make sure that the company's finances stay intact, including complete data entry, collect transactions, track debits, maintain and monitor financial records, pay invoices, cash flow statements and bank reconciliation’s.

They would love someone who has experience using Quickbooks.

Accounts Administrator duties:

  • Oversee the issuing sales invoices/credits to customers
  • Credit control responsibilities to contact clients and ensure timely payments
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Checking and posting receipts to accounting system
  • Record overhead expenses, bills and credit card transactions
  • Monitoring bank accounts
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Preparing management accounts
  • Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
  • Dealing with customer/supplier queries
  • Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closes
