The salary ranges from £27,556.44 to £29,461.20, depending on experience, and a full Enhanced DBS check is required.

Our client based in a school in Uxbridge is seeking a caretaker to join their highly professional caretaking team. They are looking for a proactive team member with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be a practical, adaptable, energetic and diligent team player who will support with delivering excellent service. You will be a maintenance person with a proven track record of skills and experience associated with caretaking duties.

Contract - Permanent position- available straight away.

Shifts - Monday to Friday - alternate shifts: 7.00am - 3.00pm and 11.00am - 7.00pm - flexibility with how these hours are worked is offered.

Salary £27,556.44 - £29,461.20 - depending on experience.

Job Purpose:

Responsible site maintenance works, heating, grounds maintenance, and other general site services for the premises.
Ensure a safe, warm, secure, well-maintained, welcoming and improving environment for all those at the school.
Ensure value for money is obtained for all elements of facility premises management
Ensure that the environment enhances positive learning.

Free parking is available on site as well as nearby access to both train (Metropolitan and Piccadilly Lines) and bus services.

A full Enhanced DBS check will be needed which we can run for you.
