• Hourly Pay: £12.82 - £16 per hour, dependent on experience

We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join a primary school in Hillingdon. This temporary position is available until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become permanent from September or sooner. The role involves maintaining the school premises, ensuring a safe and clean environment for students and staff.

• Conduct regular inspections of the school premises to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the school environment.
• Set up facilities for school events and activities.
• Manage the security of the school premises, including opening and closing the building.
• Liaise with external contractors for major repair works.
• Respond to emergency situations or urgent issues as they arise.

• Previous experience in a caretaker or similar role, preferably within a school environment.
• Good knowledge of basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
