You’ll help optimise business processes, implement new features, and provide critical support to users. Working on a D365 environment, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the future of the organisation’s cloud-based operations.Required Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant for the finance module in D365 Finance & Operations. Microsoft Certification in D365 Finance & Operations would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven track record of IT implementation projects within multinational enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including MS Office, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Provide user support on finance-related queries and issues.
  • Participate in D365 implementation projects across the organisation.
  • Deliver documentation and training to empower business users.
  • Streamline and optimise the use of D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Stay updated on new functionalities and developments in D365 FO.
  • Support day-to-day tasks and strategic improvements as assigned.
