?? Location: Uxbridge (on-site)?? Salary: Up to £32,000? Hours: 35 hours per week
Are you a hands-on leader with experience managing soft services in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Soft Services Manager to oversee cleaning, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and related services, ensuring high standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing:? Leading & Supervising - Manage the daily activities of the soft services team, ensuring cleaning and maintenance tasks meet quality standards.? Quality Control - Conduct inspections, implement improvements, and maintain records of performance.? Health & Safety Compliance - Train staff on safety best practices and ensure adherence to regulations.? Stakeholder & Contractor Management - Build relationships, handle feedback, and ensure smooth service delivery.? Team Development - Train and evaluate staff to maintain excellent service levels.? Reporting & Administration - Keep track of services, staff attendance, and improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:?? Experience supervising cleaning or facilities teams, ideally within a school or similar environment.?? Knowledge of COSHH, manual handling, and health & safety regulations.?? Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.?? Ability to manage budgets, resources, and contractors.?? Hands-on knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment.
