We are currently recruiting for a Channel Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading company in the communications technology sector. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales team, driving growth through strategic partner management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for the company, enhancing its market profile with partners and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within designated partner accounts.
  • Promote the company’s range of products and services through existing partners, driving revenue growth.
  • Support the new business team by scheduling warm introduction calls with prospective partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast updates in Salesforce.
  • Create and execute business plans with partners to maximize revenue and achieve monthly/annual targets.
  • Collaborate with partners’ sales teams to ensure they fully understand and can effectively sell the company’s propositions.
  • Assist partners with customer quotations and ensure contracts are finalized in line with company procedures.
  • Stay informed of competitor and market activities, identifying potential competitive threats and taking proactive action.
  • Facilitate customer scoping calls and product demonstrations to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong sales background, ideally within the UCaaS or CCaaS industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth through partner channels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level executives.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive business plans.
