An exciting opportunity has arisen in Uxbridge for an experienced Head of Business Growth. The successful candidate will dynamically drive results across the marketing function. You will have a passion for quality data that generate a brilliant marketing pipeline. As the Head of Business Growth, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic marketing leadership that's customer led and focused on customer journeys to support business growth objectives
  • Prospect marketing acquisition and marketing for customer retention
  • Oversee lead generation, qualification and nurture programmes to drive sales pipeline
  • Multichannel Marketing positioning and brand awareness
  • LMA marketing team
  • Horizon scanning to stay up to date with sector trends, technology and competition
  • Cross team collaboration with sales, product and other teams to ensure marketing teams are aligned

The successful Head of Business Growth will have the following related skills/experience:

  • Senior leader with extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi segment marketing campaigns
  • Advanced subject matter knowledge of digital marketing
  • Experience in delivering marketing messages though video, mobile platforms and social media
  • Experience of managing and delivering to budget
  • Proven leadership expertise demonstrating delivery of results with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
