Internal Key Account Manager - Coffee Machine Sales

Location - Reading, Aylesbury, Luton, Stevenage, Watford, Beaconsfield, Harrow Hemel Hempstead, Barnet, Slough, Windsor, Woking, Guildford

Salary - Basic £38,000 - £40,000 DOE 3% Annual Bonus and excellent benefits

The Company

This is a fantastic sales opportunity! Our client is an established multinational foodservice equipment manufacturer. Working in over 100 countries worldwide, with over 100 employees in the UK. Their product range is varied and can be found in most establishments across the foodservice sector including QSR, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Cafes. Due to fantastic sales growth and a highly successful 2023, we are seeking to add an experienced internal key account manager to our commercial team.

The Role

You will be working in our internal key account’s sales team at our head office. Your focus will be on upselling within the account as well as maintaining key relationship with this national account.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Holding account reviews to identify missed sales and upselling opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with decision makers at head office and per site.
  • Collaborating with other teams within our organisation, as well as visiting clients at their head office.

The Person

We are seeking to speak with candidates who have a passion for Foodservice, combined with experience in key account sales.

  • Candidate with a background in dealing with key accounts for the foodservice sector will be of strong interest
  • Candidates must have experience of working for a foodservice manufacture, this could be food or non-food, such as equipment
  • A background selling non-food products such as catering equipment or coffee and drinks equipment would be advantageous.
  • Candidates must have a problem-solving approach to their account management, as well as strong IT and phone manner
