Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Report directly to the Sales Manager, collaborating closely with all departments and senior management.
- Conduct informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend suitable products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a friendly and professional service.
- Represent the company positively in all interactions, maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and effectiveness.
- Manage customer information and sales orders accurately, utilising digital and written formats.
- Achieve weekly sales targets and manage customer accounts as assigned by Senior Management.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and mailshots to both existing and potential new customers.
- Provide detailed product information and updates to customers, assisting with queries and upselling opportunities.
- Process orders and follow up on sample requests efficiently.
- Operate the company's Live Chat System to assist online customers.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions, trade shows, and customer site visits across the UK. A valid UK Driving License is required.
