We are currently looking for a Sales Team Leader to join a fabulous company based in the heart of Central Uxbridge. This role would be ideal for candidates who have a strong working history of leading a team within a commercial sales environment. This is a very hands on role where you will have involvement in setting KPI’s, mentoring and coaching, personal development for the team.Role responsibilities:• Supervising a team of 3 to 4 Sales Executives ensuring workload is correctly distributed• Production and analyzing of several reports• Managing any service-related escalations in line with company policy• Ensuring CRM is being fully utilized • Working very closely with the Sales and Service Manager in order to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency within the department• Managing phone channels where requiredPlease note – This is a newly created role that will be slightly tailored to play to the successful candidates strengths in order to really add value to the department. Due to this, responsibilities may change slightly depending on the experience of the successful applicant.Candidate profile:• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role • Proven work experience in customer/sales environment, ideally within a supervisory position• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills• Strong organisational skills with a “Can-Do” attitude• Being adaptable to change• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken• Exceptional communicational skills (verbal, written and presentation) • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team• Competency in Microsoft applications including, Word, Excel, and Outlook• Salesforce experience preferredWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role please apply and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
