Mechanical Project Manager - Building Services (Local Authorities and Commercial Projects)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager to join a long established and very successful Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.
With their Head Offices based in the Uxbridge area, the company are a well-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services to severallocal authorities, they also undertake a number of commercial projects throughout London.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Manage the procurement of projects
- Technical submissions/approvals of plant/equipment
- Assist in the production of risk and method statements
- Financial management of the project and working to budgets set
- Management of the site team
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle
Mechanical Project Manager - Required Experience and Key Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager or M&E Project Manager
- Experience in delivering mechanical building services projects for Local Authorities would be desirable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Project Manager include:
- Base salary:70,000 - 80,000 depending on experience
