Job Description:
Our Registered Building Inspectors manage a range of interesting projects from small domestic extensions to major commercial developments liaising with clients, design teams, architects and builders. You will act as the compliance lead for the Local Authority at each stage of the build process.
Key responsibilities:
Working with client and design teams on development projects on schemes up to Class 2F including on reversions and regularisation BC submissions;Checking plans submitted for Building Regulation approval on schemes up to Class 2F;Carrying out regular on-site technical assessments for projects up to Class 2F;Assessing unauthorised works and progressing enforcement actions where appropriate;Advising on Dangerous Structure mattes and progressing action where appropriate.
