Job Opportunity: M&E Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Static site in Uxbridge
Salary: Up to 51,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Are you a skilled and qualified professional in the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) industry looking to step into a leadership role? Resourcing Group working alongside a fantastic FM Provider to recruit an M&E Maintenance Supervisor to oversee hard services on a prestigious site in Uxbridge.

As the M&E Maintenance Supervisor, you'll balance your time between supervisory duties (70%) and hands-on technical tasks (30%). Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership: Manage and guide a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of performance and efficiency.
• Hard Services Maintenance: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and site standards.
• Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for complex maintenance and repair tasks.
• Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.

• Qualifications:
  • Electrical Bias: Must hold relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, 18th Edition).
  • OR Mechanical/Gas/Refrigeration: Must be certified in a relevant field (e.g., F-Gas, ACS Gas Safe, NVQ).
• Proven experience in M&E maintenance and a background in hard services.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a proactive, client-focused approach.
