- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm
Job Description:
We Staff have partnered with an award-winning supplier and distributer of sustainable catering and packaging equipment to the UK food-2-go sector.
We are searching for a bubbly and ambitions Sales & Customer Service Executive to be the voice and face to new and existing customers and clients.
Main Purpose of the Job:
- Order processing via phone & email
- Making daily outbound calls to existing and new customers
- Upselling to new and existing customers
- Rejuvenation of business
- Follow up and chase sample requests
- Taking incoming sales calls in the absence of the Sales Team
- Operate Live Chat System
- Work as part of a team
Personal Activities:
- Meet set weekly targets
- Handle administration from calls and tasks assigned by senior management
- Account manage any accounts handed over by Senior Management
- Conduct mailshots/mailers to existing and/or new customers
- Take incoming sales calls
- Engage customers with questions to keep conversation going
- Listen to customers' needs to generate repeat sales
- Gather and document customer information, purchases, and reactions to products
- Stay updated on all products and inform customers of new products
- Answer customers' questions on the products
